All CypherLux Studios products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print and publishing partners. This approach ensures consistent quality, sustainable production, and minimal waste.
Processing Time
Each item is custom printed when your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days after processing
- International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or postal disruptions).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not see tracking updates within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@cypherlux.io.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes books and apparel or other items fulfilled by different partners, they may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions that will be clearly displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. CypherLux Studios is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes.
Incorrect or Missing Address Information
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee. Orders shipped to invalid or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue. CypherLux Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
